Thoughts
John was a good friend of my late father and I have so many fond memories of the time spent in John’s company since the age of 14, over 40 years ago. Lots of golf at Longridge, Shaw Hill and briefly Leyland Golf Club, golf holidays in Spain, Masonic lady's nights, taking me scaffolding when I was 16 and being a passenger in his Gold Ford Granada/Blue Mercedes as he travelled ‘with some urgency’ with a mug of tea in one hand and a cigarette in the other. RIP Big John.

He was old school, firm but a caring, funny man & he helped me many times whilst I worked for him. Thoughts with his & family. RIP John Boss 🙏🏻
